🌱 Dr. Demosthenis Chachalis from the Benaki Phytopathological Institute (BPI) represented PROSPER at the FOOD 2030 Networks Conference on 2 December, showcasing the project on a poster.

Over the past five years, BPI has led and contributed to Mediterranean projects such as ZeroParasitic Prima, PRIMA-Benefit-Med, and ARTs-Rice, developing participatory frameworks for agroecological innovation through Living Labs and Communities of Practice👩‍🌾👨‍🌾.

Building on this experience, PROSPER project 🌍 focuses on orphan legumes, combining farmer-scientist collaboration 🤝, digital decision tools 💻, circular practices 🔄, and policy engagement to accelerate sustainable, climate-resilient food systems and support the European Green Deal, Farm to Fork, and Zero-Pesticide goals.
