Carla Ijurko [University of Salamanca (Universidad de Salamanca) – Laboratorio de Innovación] presented PROSPER at the III Vitartis Innovation Forum in Valladolid, organised by the regional agrifood industry association, as part of a session highlighting innovation initiatives. The project attracted great interest from the attending organisations, sparking engaging discussions about its impact. The Forum took place on the 26 of November, in Valladolid!
